My weeklong stay at Due Palme far exceeded my already high expectations. The hotel's stunning location in the heart of Mergozzo, coupled with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, perfectly set the ambiance for a truly relaxing holiday. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional level of service; after requesting a room change due to a minor inconvenience, the staff swiftly accommodated me without any additional charges, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The on-site restaurant, right by the water, offered a delightful dining experience, with beautifully presented dishes that made each meal a celebration.
